A security company providing guard services to construction sites, initially logged incident reports via WhatsApp. Guards would snap photos, write descriptions, and send them to a group chat. While functional, this system posed significant challenges for the administrative team. Guards were inconsistent, sometimes flooding the chat with over ten photos, at times none, and frequently omitted crucial details like vehicle registration numbers or specific locations on site. The most pressing issue was that administrative staff had no way of verifying if the guards were logging the incident in real-time on site or later when they got home.

Our app delivers a transformative solution to these problems. It ensures all necessary details are captured and presented in a standardized format, allowing for efficient processing by the administrative team. It guarantees a thorough, consistent record of each incident, and provides real-time tracking for immediate and on-site incident reporting. Our client, a distinguished roller shutter door company servicing doors nationwide, sought a modern replacement for their traditional paper checklists. These paper checklists, although functional, often resulted in considerable delays as they took days to be returned to the head office, subsequently delaying the invoicing process.

Enter our bespoke application, designed to revolutionize their workflow. For each door that an engineer services, details are logged directly into the app, followed by the completion of the digital checklist. Upon completion, the checklist instantaneously arrives at the head office, accompanied by an alert. 

No more waiting for days for paper checklists to be returned. Our app expedites the process, making the transition from service completion to invoicing swift and seamless, enhancing efficiency and reducing operational delays. 

Booking form

Our client, a seasoned trainer specializing in the operation of forklifts, scissor lifts, and other construction vehicles, conducts instructional programs both on-site at companies and at his own training center. Previously, he would email two booking forms, including joining instructions and terms and conditions, for clients to fill out, scan, and send back.

This procedure, while functional, was prone to delays and was quite time-consuming. Recognizing this, Mustard stepped in and transformed the process with an innovative application. This app allows the trainer to define the course criteria, costs, and attendees. It then generates a link that can be sent to customers, enabling them to effortlessly complete the form online.

Gone are the days of scanning and sending back paper forms. Our application streamlines the booking process, making it quick, efficient, and user-friendly, thus saving valuable time and eliminating unnecessary delays.

Account opening form

Our client, a local recruitment agency, previously relied on a system where new clients were emailed an account opening form along with their terms and conditions. The client would then fill out, sign, and either scan or photograph the form to email it back. Administrative staff then collected these forms, organizing them into folders, and physically storing them in a filing cabinet. This method proved effective until the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, which forced many staff members to work from home, leaving the completed forms inaccessible at the office.

In response, Mustard developed a simple application that streamlined this process into a single digital form for clients to fill out and sign. These forms were then made available to all staff members via a secure, restricted area within the app, ensuring accessibility irrespective of their location.
