What is [m]construction
[M]Construction is a pre-built application that enables you to monitor certificates and cards for your staff and sub-contractors. At the press of a button, [M]Construction will tell you which certificates and cards are about to, or have, expired. This information makes sure that your staff are qualified to work on your sites.
If you need a specific qualification, you can use [M]Construction to find out who has that qualification. Alternatively, if there are places on a training course, you can quickly find out who needs that specific training.
Do I need [M]Construction?
You probably have a spreadsheet detailing the qualifications that your staff have. Over time, the spreadsheet gets complicated and difficult to maintain. There are other issues with spreadsheets; only one person can administer it at a time, and reporting is complex. We designed [M]Construction with our customers to replace those spreadsheets and to give more helpful information to more people within your organisation.
Adding features to your version of [M]Construction could not be easier. We discuss your requirements and agree on a project cost or an hourly rate. Hourly rates are for the smaller jobs, such as adding a new field.
Customers of [M]Construction have already added features such as:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tracking: Keeping a record of the PPE (hard hats, goggles, boots etc.) that you have allocated to your staff.
- Accidents – Record accidents at work
- Display Screen Equipment (DSE) tracking: Making sure your office-based staff are safe and sitting comfortably.
All of these features will be available in your version of [M]Construction.
With your bespoke version of [M]Construction, you will receive an installer that your IT department can use on as many computers within your business as you require. There is no limit to the number of users either, and there are no monthly support or hosting costs.
Can you import my existing data?
Yes, we can import your data from your existing spreadsheets and databases, saving you time and energy.
[M]Construction is a Microsoft Windows Application and requires Windows 7, 8 or 10 to run. Your data is stored in the UK with Amazon Web Services, meaning your data is safe, backed up daily and is GDPR Compliant. Your business owns the data and can have an export at any time.
