With international manufacturers, a warranty claim can take up to 6 weeks to be acknowledged and a further 2 weeks to be approved or rejected. During this time the customer may feel neglected or ignored.

Our warranty system sends text messages and emails to the customer at least once a week, even if there is no update. It also tracks when internal staff last chased the claim, making sure the claim and the customer are never forgotten
