As a company LA Solutions has been running for 16 years and always looking to work with customers rather than for them. We will go that extra mile to ensure customers are happy with what we do and will help to guide them with our expertise to keep them compliant.
Having had experience in other fields as well as Material Handling Equipment Training for example the haulage industry, having been a LGV Class one Lorry driver for many years previously before starting my company, I am able to draw on the experiences of working within different sectors. We help warehouses by training the forklift drivers, Office staff for Manual Handling and First Aid Training. I have also worked with the Ports so larger machinery isn’t a problem when it comes to experience and training.
I am also happy to look over and help to manage your training matrix so you can concentrate on what you do best. We can also notify you when your training is due for renewal. Working alongside you and guiding you to any training requirement you may or in deed may not need when buying new equipment, as no one wants to end up buying something the salesman wants to sell you then end up with it not really doing what you needed it for?

The problem
The spreadsheet for keeping track of candidates and certificate expiry dates was beginning to break. Opportunities were being missed and bookings were getting lost.
What we did
- Designed and built a desktop system fitting the requirements and branding of LA Solutions
- Built exports with filters for email marketing
- Created a dashboard showing candidates with expiring certificates
- Built a booking system to simplyfy course attendance
The solution
A desktop app to store candidate details and a secure web app for booking confirmation. PDF booking confirmations and certificates produced ready for email.
