The client needed visibility to the financial position of the business on a daily basis.
What we did
- Used the existing spreadsheets as a base to create a fast data entry method for staff to use.
- Produced dashboards detailing profit and costs that can be split by division and time span
- Created a dashboard just for the owners
- Sent daily emails detailing the previous activity on the previous day.
